KGH Customs Services (“KGH”) has acquired the independent customs declaration business DVL-Customs BVBA (“DVL”) thus strengthening its position on the Belgian market. The acquisition further contributes to KGH’s position as a pan-European trade and customs management company.
The acquisition of DVL follows KGH’s recent expansion in Europe and is the third acquisition over the past six months. The acquisition further improves KGH’s abilities to provide Belgian and European customers with a vast range of services.
- “Belgium is an important market and the acquisition of DVL will further strengthen and broaden our service offering to our Belgian and European customers.”, says Lars Börjesson CEO of KGH. “Johny Lenaerts and the DVL team have built a reputable business in Belgium and is delivering qualitative services to its customer base. We look forward to join common strengths and take the next step within trade and customs management.”
- “We are very excited about joining KGH.”, says Johny Lenaerts, founder and majority owner of DVL. “With KGH’s international footprint, network and financial strength, we have the opportunity to further develop the business we have today. We really look forward to support KGH’s European customers and provide them with a great service.”
