KGH Customs Services (“KGH”) has acquired the independent customs declaration business DVL-Customs BVBA (“DVL”) thus strengthening its position on the Belgian market. The acquisition further contributes to KGH’s position as a pan-European trade and customs management company.

The acquisition of DVL follows KGH’s recent expansion in Europe and is the third acquisition over the past six months. The acquisition further improves KGH’s abilities to provide Belgian and European customers with a vast range of services.
