We are looking for a person to join our Inside Sales Team

You will be working in an international environment with as it’s core business all that is related to customs services. Over the past 50 years, KGH Customs Services has proven to be a very successful organization, showing solid results. Having our European headquarter based in Sweden, KGH is one of the most representative global organizations in the area of customs expertise. Many prominent production and transport companies are part of KGH’s customer portfolio.

Inside Sales Support
As an inside sales support you will be part of the sales team. Main responsibilities of course relate to daily sales activities within our branch, including the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing ones.

Being in the frontline towards our customers, you coordinate various commercial activities, maintain contacts with existing and new customers and manage your own customer base. Together with our customers you will look for the best solution for their customs issues.

The content:
+ Establish contact with potential customers (by phone)
+ Register and follow up on sales leads
+ Look for solutions to customs issues for our customers
+ Ensure correct handover of new customers to the operations teams

What we are looking for:
+ affinity with sales and global trade;
+ experience in and knowledge of various logistics products and logistic environment is a pre;
+ experience in and knowledge of customs formalities is a pre;
+ completed education in international trading, shipping, logistics or communication;
+ several years of experience as inside sales support;
+ working experience in a logistic environment is a plus;
+ proactive attitude and business focus;
+ good communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
