We are looking for an Inside sales – Sales support

You will be working in an international environment with as it’s core business all that is related to customs services. Over the past 50 years, KGH Customs Services has proven to be a very successful organization, showing solid results. Having our European headquarter based in Sweden, KGH is one of the most representative global organizations in the area of customs expertise. Many prominent production and transport companies are part of KGH’s customer portfolio.

Inside sales – Sales support
As Inside sales – sales support you are responsible for the daily inside sales activities within our branch. Including the acquisition of new customers. You coordinate various commercial activities, maintain contacts with existing and new customers and manage your own customer base. Together with our customers you will look for the best solution for their customs issues.

The content:
+ Establishing contact with potential customers (by telephone)
+ Registration and follow up of sales leads
+ Looking for solutions to customs issues for our customers
+ Correct handover of new customers to the Operations teams

What we are looking for:
+ affinity with sales and global trade;
+ experience in and knowledge of various logistics products and logistic environment is a pre;
+ experience in and knowledge of customs formalities is a pre;
+ completed education in international trading, shipping, logistics or communication;
+ several years of experience as inside sales – Sales support;
+ working experience in a logistic environment is a plus;
+ proactive attitude and business focus;
+ good communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
