KGH Customs Services continues its investment in digital solutions in trade and customs management with the acquisition of Norwegian data capture specialist Navitro. The acquisition adds Intelligent Data Capture as a new solution within KGH´s CTDS suite of digital services.
“With the acquisition of Navitro, we accelerate investment in our digital capacity and capabilities. With Navitro as part of our digital toolbox, we have a proprietary solution which is unique on the market, and which can be offered both as a part of our CTDS suite but also as a stand-alone product,” says Lars Börjesson, CEO of KGH.
KGH has grown its business in recent years by expanding into more European countries, adding additional capacity and capabilities. The acquisition of Navitro will strengthen KGHs digital capacity and speed up the digital transformation of KGH’s trade and customs management services and solutions.
