Earlier this year, we shared our intention to offer you truly integrated end-to-end by bringing KGH under the Maersk brand. After a careful review, we are happy to confirm that this transition has commenced and will be completed in June 2023.

Our dedication to helping you realise the full value of your company’s trade and offering high-quality customs service will continue, but under Maersk’s visual brand.

What this change means for you

Bringing more of our brands, including KGH, under the Maersk brand means you will have access to our combined capabilities, services, and products. The result will be greater variety, ease, and connectivity of logistics solutions than ever before.

Here’s what you need to know about the change:

  • There will be no impact on your agreements and/or contracts with KGH.
  • All KGH locations and documents will gradually adopt Maersk’s visual identity between now and June 2023.
  • Your KGH representatives will become part of Maersk, so your contact people will remain the same wherever possible. They will gradually transition to Maersk email addresses (either or, but you can still reach them using their KGH contact details for now.
  • The KGH legal entity and bank accounts will continue to exist, so you do not need to change billing information and can continue to make payments as before.
  • The KGH website is still active. When the transition is complete, you will automatically be redirected to the relevant section of the Maersk website.
  • Your data is safe and secure. Maersk will continue to adhere to and respect legal, fiscal, and contract confidentiality requirements during and after this transition.
