KGH will transition to a single, unified brand under Maersk
At KGH, we are dedicated to helping you realise the full value of your company’s trade. We have worked hard to optimise our customers’ trade and customs management through innovative strategy and compliance, operations, and digital services.
The dedication to giving you high-quality customs service will continue, but our intention is to bring it under a new brand. That of our parent company, Maersk.
We are therefore pleased to share our intention to move towards a singular, unified brand by integrating KGH, as well as some other members of the Maersk family. Please note that an in-depth review will be conducted before we are able to conclude on the future of the brand in different geographies.
This will ensure a structure that better reflects the reality of our customers, and we are convinced that this will allow us to better respond to your logistical needs, offering you more variety, ease, and connectivity than ever before. At the same time, please rest assured that Maersk will continue to adhere and respect all contracts and agreements that are in place including contract confidentiality, so your information continues to remain safe and secure.
What does this mean for you?
As a KGH customer, you will continue to enjoy the same renowned level of service. On top of this, you will gain further access and ease to supply chain services. Whilst KGH as a brand will be integrated in the Maersk brand, offering you access to its services and offerings alongside Maersk’s broader catalogue, your current contacts within KGH will stay the same.
We expect each integration to follow its own timeline, with an expected end date at the end of the second quarter of 2023, and we will continuously keep you updated on the progress. Our key focus is to make these changes with a minimum of disruption for you, with the same team supporting you moving forward.
