KGH Customs Services (KGH) is today at the Global Trade Development Week 2017 in Dubai, launching a new innovative digital compliance service for the more than 100 Governments with AEO programmes and 50.000 AEO companies around the world. AEO360 will be an important contribution to KGH’s growing software suite to facilitate international trade.

Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) is an international standard from World Customs organization all WTO member countries under the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) that entered into force earlier this year. AEO supports compliance and offers trade facilitation for companies that are certified as trusted traders by Government.

KGH is global market leader on AEO programmes and has delivered AEO and Trusted Trader programmes to Customs administrations all around the world, for the moment to countries like e.g. Australia, Brazil and United Arab Emirates. KGH also offers consulting support services to companies that are or want to become AEO. We have supported hundreds of companies to become and maintain their status as trusted traders.

We are now introducing a new interactive digital service and system to support Government agencies in operating AEO programmes and to support AEO companies ensuring their compliance and benefit levels. AEO360 supports all steps of the AEO process, also management and monitoring of AEO status, and is the first tool and service of this kind in the world designed and developed based on our extensive knowledge of global AEO best practices.
